How do I install the chat widget on my store?

After installing the app, go to your Shopify theme editor → App embeds → enable "2folk Chat". The widget appears on all pages automatically.

Why isn't the AI replying?

Check Settings → make sure your AI message limit hasn't been reached for the month. On the free plan, the limit is 500 messages/month. Upgrade for more.

How does revenue attribution work?

When a customer who chatted with your store places an order within 5 days of the conversation, that order is attributed to the conversation. You'll see the revenue in the Conversations and Revenue pages of your dashboard.

Can I change the chat button color?

Yes — in the 2folk dashboard, go to Settings → Widget → Primary color. Changes appear immediately on your store.

How do I disable the chat widget temporarily?

Go to your Shopify theme editor → App embeds → toggle off "2folk Chat". Your data and settings are preserved.
